天津新港船舶重工一天實現試航、出塢兩大節點
6月18日,新港(gang)船(chuan)(chuan)舶重工造船(chuan)(chuan)生產再(zai)傳(chuan)捷報(bao),一(yi)天實(shi)現一(yi)條船(chuan)(chuan)試航、一(yi)條船(chuan)(chuan)出塢兩(liang)大造船(chuan)(chuan)節點(dian)。

上(shang)午11:30,新港船(chuan)(chuan)舶重工為(wei)中遠海運(yun)散貨(huo)運(yun)輸有限(xian)公司建造的21萬(wan)(wan)載重噸散貨(huo)船(chuan)(chuan)2號船(chuan)(chuan)(船(chuan)(chuan)編號:NB009-6)出海試(shi)航。21萬(wan)(wan)載重噸散貨(huo)船(chuan)(chuan)是新港船(chuan)(chuan)舶重工建造的智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)型船(chuan)(chuan)舶,主(zhu)要航線為(wei)中國(guo)——幾(ji)內亞,設(she)計滿足蘇伊士(shi)運(yun)河航道規(gui)則,其中配置了包括智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)航行(xing)、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)機艙(cang)、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)管理(li)、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)平(ping)臺系統在(zai)內的智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)船(chuan)(chuan)舶系統,能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠輕松(song)實現(xian)船(chuan)(chuan)舶智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化管理(li)。
上海恩艾思電(dian)(dian)氣為新港船舶重工承(cheng)建(jian)的21萬噸礦砂船系列船提供主配(pei)電(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)、應(ying)急(ji)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)、單體起動器、組合起動屏(ping)、分電(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)、充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)板(ban)(ban)、岸電(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)、電(dian)(dian)工試(shi)驗(yan)板(ban)(ban)等(deng)電(dian)(dian)氣配(pei)套(tao)設備。


傍晚19:00,新港船(chuan)(chuan)舶重工為中國礦運(yun)有限公司(si)建造的(de)(de)32.5萬載重噸礦砂系列船(chuan)(chuan)3號(hao)船(chuan)(chuan)(船(chuan)(chuan)編(bian)號(hao):NB018-3)順利出塢(wu)(wu)。值得(de)一提(ti)的(de)(de)是,通(tong)過(guo)各部門的(de)(de)通(tong)力協作,總結(jie)前兩條(tiao)船(chuan)(chuan)的(de)(de)建造經驗(yan),這(zhe)條(tiao)船(chuan)(chuan)的(de)(de)出塢(wu)(wu)完整性達到同(tong)系列船(chuan)(chuan)最好狀(zhuang)態,評分為90.8分,高于(yu)新港船(chuan)(chuan)舶重工設定的(de)(de)續制船(chuan)(chuan)88分的(de)(de)出塢(wu)(wu)完整性標準。完整性得(de)到了(le)船(chuan)(chuan)東方面的(de)(de)高度認(ren)可。

上海恩艾思(si)電(dian)(dian)氣為新港船(chuan)舶重工承建的32.5萬噸礦(kuang)砂船(chuan)提供主配電(dian)(dian)板、應急配電(dian)(dian)板、起動器、分(fen)電(dian)(dian)箱、充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)板、岸電(dian)(dian)箱、電(dian)(dian)工試驗板等電(dian)(dian)氣配套(tao)設備。
